Hi I joined a company few months back. After working for 1 month in that company I resigned. Reason: They screwed me making me work day an night . Now company policy says that I have to serve 2 months notice period. But I didn t. After resignation I worked there for 14 days and then never went back. The company sent me one telegram and two letters saying Unauthorized absence from duty and I have to go back and serve the notice period. I can t do that.
