i am confused whether an advocate can join any part time job as a manager in financial concern.
as i am retainer to some firms so I dont want to leave advocacy for future prospects.
please make me clear

Yes. Advocate may take up a part time job...... But, part time only papers and if you leave a proof of working full time and your payment, chances may be expected that your bar code suspended.....
but make sure all the documents show as part time or as an advice finance rather a title manager.......

Yes it is correct,you can act as an adviser not to act as a manager and full time employee as per advocates act may be sleeping partner who not participate in day to day affairs of the concern.
