Presently I am working in a software MNC. And I have an interest in the field of law. But due to work I am quite involved in the company and will not be able to do a regular LLB.
Can anybody tell me how to go for a Corporate Law course for becoming a legal advisor in the company. Also are there any distance learning courses available for doing the same...Please guide me , for any other course related to law with respect to the current scenario of my work.

I think the best possible course for you will be... CS i.e Company Secretary. It is a correspondence course hence you dont need to do regular classes. I am a CS and working as a management Trainee in a Public Limited Company. If you can successfully clear the course then you can even claim for exemption for 15 months management training since you are already working somewhre. And then with a membership no. from ICSI you can work as a legal advisor.
With Best reagrds,
