Dear Seniors and Friends,
Neither employers nor employees can ignore the 'Finance'. Therefore it becomes of high importance for HR and Legal professionals to have a clear graspe of Law and Practises in IT Act and accounting. In my opinion this will help us to have more info. in Remuneration related issues.
Therefore i request You all, kindly through some light and share your views on the issue- "Knowledge of IT Act and accounting practices for HR professionals ".
Kindly share the legal provisions and practices.
