Hello, After my engineering i didn\'t get job for an year. So I faked my profile with 1 year experience and joined a reputed company X. They did the background verification after 3 years and terminated me without giving experience letter. Also, they mentioned the termination reason as \"Misrepresentation of facts\" on the relieving letter. Now, with very much difficulty I got job in company Y but since work is not very good, I want to move out. I have an offer from company Z which will surely do background check. Please suggest/guide me how to proceed now. If I leave my company and join Z and if Z terminates me, again I am nowhere. To ignore the experience of company X, its 3 years. I just cant let it go.
truly state the facts and circumstances of your previous employment record. You can state that you worked and got terminated for misinterpretation of facts after three years. IF the HR of the company is a reasonable thinking man he may not mind it. However, if the HR team of the company you intend to work with is bad and take pretext and excuses of throwing out good candidates, its anyhow useless to work with such a company for your long-term future.

Thank you very much for the response. I have got offers from 4 companies before joining the present organisation. When I have told the truth, they have been withdrawn. They say that they don\'t care what has happened but all they need is clean relieving letter. Of course, now the case is little different since the bad relieving letter will not be from the present organisation. Its the past. Let me tel the truth again and see.
