I refused to accept this offer and instead I demanded my sacrificed salary. Now they are passing the buck and trying to run from the responsibility.
My reporting manager was responsible for it, and he has lost it, and now he is trying to keep his leg out of it to play safe.
If in a case they refuse to pay me what all charges can I press against them?
What all laws have they breached?
I would appreciate a detailed explanation as of what all is in my favor at the moment.

Transfer is a part and parcel of employement, which cannot be refused. The terms and conditions of your appointment letter, would prove the same.
Secondly if the Company has lost your document, you can claim the costs, expenses and damages from them.
The Company can always make a statement that it has lost the item, and would be ready to bear the costs and expenses in procurring a duplicate.
