I want to display a notice for the staff regarding Tea-coffee timing in office. Are there any particular rules regarding display of such notice?
The goal is for all staff to maintain discipline while taking Tea-Coffee & about cleanliness.

As per rule you have to provide tea/ refreshment to employees twice a day i.e., around 10 to 11 AM and in the evening between 4 to 5 PM.
To maintain discipline you can issue circular and accordingly employees would be bound to follow the same.

It would be appropriate for you to issue a notice giving out the timings for tea/coffee for the employees. In addition, you may also request the employees to observe the rules of discipline as prevalent in the company and be careful in dealing with the restaurant staff. In case of any difficulty, they should revert to you and not deal directly with the staff.
