Hello friends,
I have not served the notice period of three month. I had left the newly joined company within 1 month. I was on probationary period. Now the company is sending us the letter stating that they will take any legal action against me if i do not pay the prescribed amount. Nothing was mentioned in the agreement about the salary in lieu.
Can anybody tell me what legal action can they take. Should amount be paid even if nothing is given about the amount to be paid if for not serving the notice period.

Hi, The entire things must have been defined in your appointment letter. Just go through it. Study it properly, something must have been defined there only while departing from the job. Ramakant

Dear Nilofer Chanawala,
This is to bring to your kind notice if any companies stated that should work for these many years and getting signature from the employees in any bond or agreement is known as slavery.
As per the law it consider as slavery (we can take action in the slavery act on the company)
They cannot do any thing with the bond if they sue in any ways they will get caught from law, so don't worry about the letter which you received from your ex-company.
