I had joined this X company (startup) in October 2010, as a associate consultant / partner. The initial offer was made in email saying he would provide me 4% of the business value of projects I handle at the end of 1 year, apart from my salary of 32000 every month. The offer letter says my target salary is 5,24,000 based on the business value. I handled some projects as a manager and I resigned in the month of November. After serving 1 month notice i got relieved on 15th Dec 2011. At the time of leaving the employer took a list of projects i handled to pay me, and also he had to pay me salaries of Nov and Dec then. After many emails 1 or 2 months later he paid me my Nov salary and gave me the relieving letter. I waited for him to pay the balance amount till June or July 2012 (meanwhile he had paid bonuses to other employees) and after numerous emails he replied that he is in losses for which i also should take responsibility and so will not pay me anymore.
