I received a legal notice from my mobile service provider for not paying bill 3 years ago.
In the meantime I had shifted homes. While this notice was sent to my earlier home 3 years ago, I did not receive it since I had shifted.
Now, in relation to a new client of mine, my background verification is going on. As part of this process of verification, I have been asked "Have you ever had any civil judgement made against you?"
How should I answer this question?

This is only a notice received from a Company. Judgment is totally different matter altogether as it is passed by a Judicial Court after a detailed procedure.
In my opinion, you can answer as 'NO' for this query.
