I want to know that, what are the norms for the registration under ESI Act as an employer.
As i m belong to one organization where we have more than 20 employees which are working since yr. 2010. Our organization is a \"Trust\" which is registered under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 and one scientific research center is run by this trust and various academic n scientific research activities were conducted by the centre. now my question is that whether that scientific research center comes under the purview of ESI and if it comes, then what is the procedure for the regn under ESI? I also wanted to know that, which formalities we have to complete for the same...
