I am Manu Priya singh (Female) a civil engineer and through campus selection I have been selected as a GTE by one of the cement company. I have worked in the company only three mont and I was paid stpent only for one and half mont toatal Rs 21000. I was filling humaliation ithe compay on the name of GTE I was utilized as class-IV or some time Class ||| employee. Go and do photo copy . Bring the check. Give the check to other department bring the printed copy etc.

During three month I have not been givne any technical training. After one month I have given resignation application to GM uder which I was working He has tear off my application stating you will be given technical job for training.But During three month there is no any change . company has given payment to each and every employ on 15 Sep 2012 but my salary was heldupthe I went to company up to 17 Sep 2012 and there after I have not gone to cmopany. after one month I got state Govt job on contract basss for 11 Months. Company has sent leagal notice to Rs 1,66000. After 20 days of joing they have force me to sign of Bond paper of Rs 1,75000.

Sir pls guide me in this situation what I should do. I am not in the position of paying such a huge amount.

Bond is in my view an illegal binding of employees. Hence you can fight on grounds of misusing your services in the form ivth grade employees. Reply to the notice through an adocate. Gopal
