1. Give them correct wages as per the Market rate / Government fixed Minimum Wages which ever is high.
2. Give them with welfare facilities like, accommodation, Creche, Canteen Facilities, Washing area, Bath room, Toilet, Urinals etc. as per standards, as per your working hour you can provide the workers with Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Tea/Coffee, snacks, free of cost or on subsidized rate.
3. Declare about the Long service awards like if they serve for some specified period then they will get some mementos or some monetary benefits for recognizing their long service.
4. Provide them conveyance vehicle or allowance for commuting to office and back
If you make such policy in your office and circulate to all the workers, surely the labour turnover will come in control.
