Plz help me.

As i joined the company as trainee the training period was 3months. And resigned the job by sending email. That i want to do higher education.

Then main thing to leave the job is there was over time work and no training was giving we should only learn by over self . And telling that if you are not interested you can or move out.

After sending my resignation letter by mail. He replayed to my mail and said that our legal office will be in touch with you in further.



The terms and conditions i signed in offer letter was.

1) You will be in probation for the period of 3months from the date of your joining the company and after satisfactory completion ; you will be confirmed in the company. Formal review of your performance will be done as per the performance evaluation system followed at the company for confirmation. 15days of notice period during probation and 2months notice after confirmation is required from your side or salary in lieu thereof, in the event of your resignation from the company. Similarly, the company shall be entitled to terminate your employment at any time by giving you a 15day notice or salary in lieu thereof.

2)Notwithstanding anything mentioned in this agreement, the company may terminate your employment, with immediate effect by a notice in writing (without salary in lieu of notice), in the event of your misconduct, including but not limited to, fraudulent, dishonest or undisciplined conduct of, or breach of integrity, or embezzlement, or misappropriation or misuse by you of the company's property, or insubordination or failure

to comply with the directions given to you by persons so authorized, or your insolvency or conviction for any

offence involving moral turpitude, or breach by you of any terms of this agreement or the company policy or other documents or directions of the company, or irregularity in attendance, or your unauthorized absence from

the place of work for more than 5 working days, or closure of the business of the company, or redundancy of your post in the company, or upon you conducting yourself in a manner which is regarded by the company as prejudicial to its own interests or to the interests of its clients.

This are terms and conditions which i have signed in the offer letter.

Please tell me that if they take legal action on me what will happens. And i was in probation period. I worked there nearly 2months. And i was not assigned in any project work.

Please help me and give me solutions.

It is to bring to your kind notice that, as input you provided, it seems that you want to left the organization without notice period of 15 days. Here, you can give the explanation of why you want to leave the job and mentioning in the mail, the email itself giving a notice period of 15 days and request to relieve the present job and ask for relieving letter as per formal appointment letter.
You are not joining in any orgniation, you have request to relieve the jobs on the grounds of higher education. Even in the Government organization, there is a provision to study leave and join after completion of education or training period.
