Firt time in my career, I am going to join as Manager in reputed organisation in Mumbai. I need your advices on belows:
1. How can I deal with my Boss (VP)?
2. How can I deal with my collegues?
3. What types of skill I need to have as a Manager?
Pls advice as early as possible so that I can get ideas to work for the same.
