I worked with a tourism company(pvt. ltd.) which I joined in October 2012. and i left it in march. The director had not given me an offer letter. I asked for it but, he ignored my request but after 3 months working continuously.. I felt he was pressurising me for business concerns and had also stopped my salary for the month of Feb-mar 2013 and i left the company. I asked for the settlement of my salary and since then he has been giving me to and fro dates and avoiding the conversation. What legal action can i take in this case?

It is important to know whether you have any documents at all as proof of your employment with the said Company? Were you under probation or a confirmed employee (unlikely since you say you were not given an offer letter)?
These aspects are important are crucial in establishing your legal rights and recourses available.
