Im worked for 15 years in mumbai for a pvt ltd company.
During co.working iam also done freelance insurance agency.And several non life policies of mycompany have punched under my agency code and earned commsiion.
I have resigned in 2011, After resignation this has come to mangaement notice and adjusted for my dues like PF,Gratutiy,Leave salary,my performance bonus/commission etc.At this stage how i have proceed and claim PF(Daughter marriage) and other employment benefits. Now i am 55 am elgible for pf pension.

One of my friend is working in an Indian Company since 5+ Yrs....
Company is around 8 Years Old and it's a Pvt. Ltd. company. my friend contacted Finance/HR team but they replied that there is no Gratuity policy in the company.... he got all the document at the time of joining and has been receiving increment letters salary slips form 16 etc on regular basis Kindly advise in this case
