I joined an organisation in 1998, left it in the middle and rejoined the same organisation in 2004 for the convinence of organisation.
Gratuity Act is applicable for the organisation.
Would I be eligible for Gratuity from 1998 or from 2004?

Dear client,
What was the date of your first resignation before 2004. You can get gratuity for that period only. Thereafter you have joined in 2004 shall be calculated with another period of time. For more detail you may request to rabkenam at gmail
