what legal action i can take again company ? but i have singed contact and given security money, but they have not given me notice all of sudden they hand over me termination and not given me security money which they should give and Last month salary

1 date of your appointment or offer letter
2 what date you have joined
3 when did you sign the contract
4 what are the terms of the contract you have signed
5 did they pay you correctly in last 5 months
6 if yes do you have any payslip or bank statement showing a credit to your account from the company towards salary
7 how many employees are working in this company
8 whether it is registered under PF or ESI act
9 whether it is a manufacturing company or trading company or a software company or a call center!!!!!! what it is
10 what are the reasons mentioned in your termination letter
11 what is your submission on to those charges on you.
