Dear Client, your is a not alone case, every day in and out such cases are cropping up., and there are several postings on this forum also and every posting will give a different approach., but the summary or end result is not known to any body, i mean to say neither the person posting such issues will come back nor the person replied with a solutions will try to know about the status. Never the less you are advised to complaint to the regional PF Commissioner, Your Regional PF Relation Ship Officer, and to your Regional Labour Officer and Commissioner. Since your claim has been rejected, you may find it difficult to lodge a complaint but at least to safe guard the interest of our friends you need to take a step and go ahead. Draft a complaint letter listing your claim in it and address it to the Commissioner under a copies to all the above listed officials. Also you can provide a copy of the same to the Employer also., so that he will also feel the intensity of the same. Just in case you require any further guidance you may contact me on 9010352384 or post your query on Home >> or mail me at . Regards J Sri Ram
