Hi, I was joined in s/w company (I finished all joining formalities there) and after joining I came to know there is such rules which I am not ready to accept and I was there for 1 to 2 hrs only. I came out from that org as I was not feeling well on that day(that reason I was shown to them). After that I joined some other company. I am not responding to my first joined org calls/mails. my question is.. What action they can take legally.

Dear Client,In your posting you wanted to know what action can a company take legally on you in the given circumstance. The answer is company can file a FIR in the local police station under the provisions of IPC Fraud, mis representation, cheating, willful negligence, breach of trust. after lodging the said FIR a copy will be given or circulated to online job portals what will happen to you???? did you ever thought of this???? Now answer me What made to accept the Job?? and what made you to leave it just within few hours??? such un dependable tendency will project the entire job seekers as un trust able people., who knows there must be a competent person and a needy person who was rejected so that you are into the job, and you just like that left it without even thinking a second why???, you have posted that you have finished all the joining formalities, if you know what you have completed then is it not your basic duty to inform HR and come out in a proper manner???
I really do not
