I started working as a sales consultant for a firm from Bangalore in 2011 . Our contract was to give me 7% commission on the sale value of the products and services .
In oct 2012 we booked a good order for them which will run for @ 2years . Our original agreement expired in March 2013 prior to this we had booked the said order .
Since March the company has been delaying our Renewal of contract for some reason or the other .
Also the director of the company always told us that that the commission will be deposited in a few days but the same never happened . Now when we sent mails to them they are not answering our mails . Request you to advise us on what action we should be taking .

Hi Ajit Naik, you also need to post the clauses of your agreement with the said company, whether the said contract have any clauses pertaining to recovery or deviations etc., in addition to this do you have an appointment letter or any document wherein your role is specified along with the remuneration, all these on hand you can issue a notice to the said company at Bangalore, also try to establish your claim on document and send it to the company under an acknowledgement, this will be a crucial document in your claim.
