Hi Everyone,
I had joined a company where i worked for a week before quiting due few family problemw because of which i had to move out of town.I was not able to convince the HRD so i had to leave abruptly by sending a mail from my unoffical mail id ,after a few weeks i had returned my ID card as well. Now the company had sent me a letter asking me to settle a lump sum which they say i owe them, and the letter said if i fail to do so they will take legal action against me.I dont know what they mean when they say that i have to settle my dues , on what basis do they calculate the due amount and can they take action against me even after i pay the amount

Hello, for you to have the solution for your problem, you should explain your problem in detail.
