I am fresher,joined in xius software Hyderabad on December 2013,but they give night shifts so i intimate the hr ,due to health reasons not willing to attend complete night shifts , and not going to office
but they send a mail that terminate emp contract and pay the 2 lacs
i am working only 4 days and not taking salary and training,they send a letter pay the 2 lacs
is it reasonable for asking, am afraid they are going to court??
Please give your valuable suggestions

Do not worry about court.
If you are ok with paying 2L then pay and get revealed from company.
If you are not ok with paying 2L, then approach to court. Max you may have to pay 50K as compensation to company as breach of contract if bond is correct else you can get revealed freely from company as it matters to your health.
So act now.
