There is no registration of establishment under the POG Act.
You can voluntarily consider any thing which is more than prescribed under any law. If you consider any thing less than prescribed under the law, then there is a problem to you.
What is the total strength of employees in your company.
How old is your company since its incorporation.
Now you can take the Form F from the employees for Nomination and keep the same in personal record file of the employees.
