I would like to hire a employee, the employee has sent resignation to his current employer via email.
His Boss ( MD - of a private limited company ) has not accepted his resignation. Its almost 25 days now and his boss is not ready to leave him.
Neither KT has happened nor his current employer has recruited anyone.
His Current employer is saying that he will not provide Salary Certificate / Relieving Letter and is not ready to co-operated.
After 4-5 meaning status is the same, employee wants to leave, employer does not want to loose this guy.
Now, this guy is not ready to Join us, because his career is on stack.
I am ready to take him as I understand his situation. But the guy is confused with what will happen in future, what if an MNC hires him and does background check.
he will not able to get to new job with MNC (in future).
If he does not go to current employer he may not give good reference in future.
What are the Options for him.
