I have been working in a multi-national company for the past one and a half years. Three months ago, they transferred me to Bangalore saying that the project in Hyderabad is completed. But now I'm unable to adjust to Bangalore due to my health conditions. So I applied for some jobs in Hyderabad and I got through one of them. I want to come to Hyderabad as soon as possible as I'm not keeping well. However, my notice period is 2 months. Is there a way I may be relieved from my job before completion of the notice period?

What is the separation clause available in your appointment letter. Please check and act accordingly.
There may be a Notice Buy Back policy in your organisation. Please check with the HR Department.
As an alternative, Please provide your health details and record of past medical history (since last 3 months) and put up an application for waiving of the Notice period on medical grounds. If you stay for further 2 months, your health condition may deteriorate. Hence by quoting the same you can apply for immediate relieving from the company.
