we are a registered pvt. ltd. co.engaged in design engineering consultancy in the field of chemical petro food etc. Recently we have entered in to project management where our subcontractors workers will be appointed for short duration. Esi REG. being pre requisite how can we reg. ourselves when we do not have employees earning less than 15000 per month.WE have around 35 employees on our payroll.Does esi reg require any fees.What if they refuse to register us.Do we get back the fees paid.We are paying pf regularly. please suggest

it is utmost important to comply the statutory requirement as provided under the law....
otherwise it may happen that the concern department/employer , not sanctioned your bills....in breach of the non payment / no compliance of the statutory requirements.
