In last 8th October I resigned from the post after three and half year service. After 60 days, on 4rth December I have submitted my PF withdrawal for to my HR.they are supposed to submit the said form on 8th December with department. after several reminder over phone and mail. now HR manager replying that new signatory after merger has not yet appointed that is the reason why your PF Form has not yet submitted.while asking expected date. she told me that it is very difficult to say the exact time schedule. the way she is replying me it is showing that they have done it intentionally. can you help me how to overcome this issue.
