Please clarify if any accident occurred in factory premises or workplace during course of employment. Suppose the person got injured and took six months complete bed rest as per doctor advice.
Now, my query is this:
1. Whether company has to pay complete salary during his absence.
2. Whether company is liable to pay the expenses for his medical treatment.
Hence,I requested you please give supporting if possible.

whether your company is covered under ESI ACt of W.C.ACt ?
than one can come to conclusion how payment is made to concerned employee?
