We have hired a place for our office which is owned by two different pvt ltd. companies called A and B.Director of A Company is Husband and director of B company is wife .
Can we go for one agreement to be signed by both the Directors of both the companies? Kindly advice
As per your statement both husband & wife are representing two all to ghether different company. They both are signing on behalf of their own company which is having seperate legal entity. In my opinion you should have two seperate agreements.
