I am working in a R&D of Pvt Ltd company. Currently, the management of the company has decided to shift the R&D where I am working currently, to a different city. I am unable to relocate to the new site due to my personal commitments in existing city, hence I searched a new job in current city and resigned after getting a good offer. Now, my existing employer is not ready to relieve me showing a notice period of 3 months. Where as they will close the operation in current location in one month and shift to new location. They are forcing me to come to new location to complete the notice period.I have got e-mail acceptance of my resignation from my boss. In this case what are the best possible option in front of me. But I need to leave the company legally with relieving letter. In my appointment letter there is nothing about 3 months notice period. When I joined this organization the notice period was 1 month. But latter on they have increased it to 3 months by sending a circular though the e-mail. We have not signed the circular till yet. I also wanted to know whether this circular is legally valid without my signature?

Regards
