A company is the concessionaire of National Highways Authority of India, involved in the operation and maintenance work of national highway in Uttar Pradesh and collecting toll from the road users.
In the above scenario, Company will open and maintain an office at toll site location in UP.
Kindly advice, whether the company needs to comply with minimum wage of Uttar Pradesh or central for employees of toll site located at UP.
