I m an engineer in a PSU. I m working in this PSu since aug 2015. First i worked on contract bases and then cleared the Entrance exam and joined as regular cadre on 27 jan 2016. After join on regular cadre i have undergone one year of probation period as mention in my appointment letter which will be completing on 27 jan 2017.
In the meantime in the month of march all my batch mate including me received the mail from personal department regarding the consideration of our regularization. We have to submit, the PPT of our work handled and assignment undergone in the past year on 28th march 2017 which i had submitted on time. The presentation submitted will be presented in front of the Committee. As i was posted in Tanzania ( East Africa) i was told to mail the PPT. I was sent to Tanzania on 31 July 2016, after seeing my hard work and my dedication getting appreciation by my senior. For one year (extendable basis)
But on 28th April 2017, i received a mail from my project manager which was sent to him from Head (Personal Department) india. about my termination of my services. In which an office order is attached dated 26th April 2017. In that office order nothing is mention about the reason of termination . Only i was told to handover all my work to my project manager as my services has been terminated. and company will pay me salary in lieu.
Please advice me what to do in this regards.
I have all my office order for joining and appointment letter.
I tried several times to connect to my higher authorities but , didnt received any concrete reply.
Even they had kept hold on my salary and even didnt give any show cause notice in this regards.
I m seeking advice from you as it has been two month and know i had to take some concrete step in this regards. 20th June 2017 From India, New Delhi
