Hi All,

I joined my third workplace (which is a global bank) on 5th Dec 2016, as pr my Offer letter probation period was for 3 months with 2 weeks notice period. That is till 5th Mar 2017. When I asked for my confirmation letter in March, my manager claimed you'll get it automatically from HR and asked me to focus on the project. Now, I've completed the project on 16th June 2017. Then my manager said, I need to voluntarily resign for the reason that "Management do not have trust on you".

The offer letter says, "During your probation period, your employment may be terminated by either side by giving two week’s notice or two week’s salary in lieu of such notice. Upon confirmation, your employment may be terminated by either side by giving three months’ notice. Further, employer may terminate your services by giving you three month’s salary in lieu of such notice."

Now, when I ask for 3 months compensation they claiming that they haven't confirmed me thus I would not be eligible for compensation and I should leave with in 2 weeks notice period. In which case, shouldn't the confirmation be completed within three months of time? I think they just made use of my skill set to complete the project and now asking me to leave without even compenstation.

Please let me know your advice in this regard.
