I would like to know inquiry procedures on Sexual Harassment Act. We have received anonymous letter stated sexual harassment. Please guide me how and what to do with this matter. Is there any specific inquiry procedures to be followed by the POSH ACT.

yes, there is specific inquiry procedure defined in Prevention of women from sexual harassment at workplace,
if you have formed Internal Complaints Committee in your organisation, it will take care of inquiry procedure,
