Hi, I have resigned my job & my management has made a new rule, thanks to clarify whether the new policy is applicable to the person who is already resigned. the new rule is just forwarded through mail & no one has signed on any hard copy....
thanks to let me know whether it is applicable to me..... this will help many employees in our organization.
In my opinion, this might depend on the rules in question- execution and applicability of certain rules (Viz., bonus) are covered by laws of the country, while others are a matter of the internal affairs of the company.
