I joined a small consultancy (8 employees) as their HR recruiter in the month of October, 2017. At the time, I signed a bond for one year.
Since it's a small organization we have two official whatsapp group- in the first one, we enter in and out timings and the other is used for official discussions.
Last week I didn't go to office as my son was unwell. I informed the office about the same. I needed two more weeks of leave till my son recovered completely. Before I could make this request, they removed me from both the official whatsapp groups.
I felt it was to harsh for me without any discussion. So I went personally and submitted my resignation in written and via email also.
I still have not received any resignation acknowledgment from them whereas previous employees had received an acknowledgement of their resignation on the same day. In my case, my employers are not ready to discuss also.
What should be my next step?
