I have been working in a company since 27th Feb (this was my first job after MBA) I resigned on 23 rd Aug stating I'm ready to serve 1.5 months of the notice period. But the director was soo arrogant, he released me right after 2 days. So in this case they might not provide me with an experience letter, and my settlement amount. My salat was 28 k. Can I take a legal action against this ? And can I claim for the notice period salary too , for which I was ready to serve and they didn't allow me to serve?
