We have an employee on whom I have issued a show cause notice. For an amount of money saying that he should make good the losses.he has agreed for that particular amount. Obviously I won’t keep him nor he would stay.
My question is after I relieve him if I come to know that he had committed some more fraud, then can I recover from him as at that time he won’t be in our service
