Hi I'm working in the IT company. In my offer letter they didn't mention anything about the work timing. But after my appointment they force me to work for the extra 3 or 4 hours. And as per the the office rules Saturday is the holiday but they force me to come on Saturday also without any extra payment. Totally I'm working for 10 to 12 hours in a day. One day I told them that due to my health issue I can't able to come with the extra time. But they can't accept my query. They scolded me badly in front of all the workers. They told me that if you won't come means just put the paper but I wouldn't give you the experience letter. What is the procedure to file a complaint against the work timing and extra payment?
