I have signed a contract to my employer that :"My notice period is 30 days but they can extend as per client requirement without given any reason".
Now my question are:
1.Can they increase my notice period after risign without given any prior information.
2. I'm working at client location and my employer not responding my call and not replying over mail, and without discussing me they given my last working days after 60 Days.
Now my new company asking for resignation acceptance mail.
please suggest what is legal rights to get out of this..?

The terms of notice period will be governed by terms of appointment. The employer may delay accepting the resignation under some reasoning, but can not deny.
Insist with them to accept your resignation.
