I was exited by an IT co at Chennai by wrongly quoting received resignation letter.
I did not give resignation letter by written-letter or through co's website. But co had initiated a forceful exit from employment quoting as if I have resigned.This is a malicious and fradulent activity of the co.
1)After I was pulled out of a project in the co, even though some interviews were arranged for other project, I did not get selected.
While I am a regular employee completed 16 months, is there any law or act justifies the co's action to make me under go interview for job of the co or it's client co. If so, can I get the Act No. By quoting not selected in all interviews, CO says and justifies their action of forced exit.
2) I am filing a petition with LAbour Dept,at this situation, after 60 days of unemployed shall I withdraw pf amount from the co's pf Trust. Shall I give income tax savings proofs to Accounts dept and ask for form 16.
3) Corp.medical Insurance claim is not received since 37 days, co says it will be sent by insurance co. What I shall do to
