Hi, My case is something where I worked for a company called XXX Pty Ltd. (Noida). All of a sudden due to some misunderstanding company terminates me on the salary day and I suppose to receive 2.30L for that month which they keep on telling that I will not receive my any thing and can do what ever you can, soon after i contacted an Attorney and after multiple request company declined me and I finally sent a Notice through a lawyer and on the same day company responded that they will do my F&F but it will take 45 days, also asked to withdraw notice before they initiate the F&F, which we agreed on getting the salary part and previous year which comes out to be approx 1L.
Now its been 45days and I keep on asking for my dues to get cleared which they keep on giving me consolation, however i manage to record the conversation that company director called me and ask to come on Monday to collect my F& f but when i speak with the company HR she said will inform me when to come through email, so I want to know that if I reach office and claim for my amount if they deny to pay then can I dial 100 and call police? Also they are now denying to give experience letter so am i liable to get the F& F settlement letter at least? Please respond..

This is a private company's rule if employ is terminated then company will not provide the Letter of Experience. If you can provide some details on whom, when and what the case is will help me to assist you in better way.So I can suggest you .
In subject to your question, YES there are several ways by which you can file a case in labor court.
