I have been working with an MNC. I met with an accident in the month of March. Post my accident, I was in bed till June, that is for 4 months and could not attend office. From July I rejoined the company and in the month of October I have done 107% but still from 1st November company put me on Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
Is there any option where I can take legal action against company as they are harassing me knowing that I was on leave. I have all relevant medical records.
