I am working with MNC company I met with an accident in month of March to June from 4 months I was on bed during accident during working hours.From July again joined the company in month of October I have done 107% but still from 1st November company put me on PIP.
Is there any option where I can take legal action against company. As they are harassing me with the known fact that I was on leave.I have all medical records.
Please suggest an idea what to do.
