Hello,
My name is Rahul more and I got offer letter from TCS...drive was held for 2017-2018 candidate and I am 2018 pass-out..and from August to till date and planning to leave job in between by running out from company..I was working with company with salary 2.25 and I have signed bond(but our seniors says that this bond doesn't have value because I am not permanent...) actually I am 6 months of probation period...and also company policy were very bad...and now I heard about TCS background check...so I think I might be caught...is there any solution...is it not possible that TCS will not consider my 4 months of experience because I am current year pass-out???...and now in any other forms I am not mentioning any employment.i have not mentioned my experience in nasccom..so is it problem..??also I have lived in interview that I left company in December because I was not getting salary for first 6 months???what should I do???? should I go with tcs or should not leave my current company????
