I joined a company in January 2016 and resigned in January 2019. At the time of resignation, I asked to release my incentives. I had not received any incentive since 2017 so my incentives was around 2 lakh rupees. Now company is denying to release my incentives.
Apart from this, in the month of January 2017 the company deducted our salary by around 12000 each month for 1 year and said we will release this salary later on without any documentation. Is it legal to deduct any salary for such a long time without any written documents.
We didn't get any bonus or paid leaves since last three year.
Please let me know the legal recourses available to me.
