Plaintiff admitted his signature and contents of document during cross examination by defendant. But he later realised that some words of the letter are forged. Original document is not yet produced in court by defendant but it has been shown to plaintiff during his cross examination as the cross examination was by court commissioner and not in court. Cross examination is now over and court commissioner will present document in court. Can plaintiff claim that it is forged and file application for asking handwriting expert opinion. Will court allow the application?
