Hi, I'm working in a private ltd company founded under Company Act, 2013. We are working in Electronics Manufacturing domain. The company does not provide any paid leave, Medical leave, etc. No PF, ESIC, Gratuity benefits. There is no clean space for having lunch, No Clean toylets for loo. Even, the salary calculation matrix is a mess. I would like to know and need guidance in this regard, at least get the basi benefits of paid leave, etc.
