I have resigned from an organization on 1st of March on HR portal. I have pressure from offered co to join early. I have intimated present employer on mail that 25th march will be last working day and remaining notice period amount will be paid by me. Then on 25th march I put a mail of last working day and left office.
On 26th I joined other organization. Later on 1st april my previous employer issued a notice of absent again on 5th april issued second later and on 8th of April issued a latter of voluntary abandonment of services and marked 8th april last working day. Later I got settlement sheet and according to that I gave dd of said amount to previous employer. Now I have received releasing letter with last working day of 8th April whereas my last working day was 25th march. It is dual employment.
Now can I file a complaint against co.
